Long day, I’m exhausted. Good to know that I’m dong the right things however. Last night was up from 01:00-03:00. Up for good at 05:30. In the lab at 07:30; gone at 16:15, home by 17:45. Yikes! I’m pretty sure at this point that it was a GI virus with violent results.
